A bigger widget for iOS 27, and alerts that stay put

Ready for iOS 27, with a bigger widget and alerts you won't miss.

New

• Upcoming Events, now extra large: the widget that used to be called Next 4 Events comes in iOS 27's new extra-large size and shows up to eight events. It works at extra large on iPad too.
• Unseen alerts on the app icon: the icon shows how many alerts have arrived since you last opened the app.
• Help on the sign in screen: if you can't get into your account, a help button leads to help articles, support, and a diagnostic report you can send us.

Fixed

• Alerts now stay in your notification list until you dismiss them. Opening the app used to clear them, so an alert could look as though it never arrived.
• All-day events get their alerts at your all-day alert time, on the right day, wherever you are in the world. Before, the alert for the day itself could arrive the evening before.
• All-day events sit on the correct day in your list and in iPhone search.
• Premium purchases that had lost touch with your account now reconnect on their own.
• A couple of iOS 27 visual fixes, including the All Events title at the top of your list and the close button in Settings.
