A Home Screen widget that ticks in real time, following your next event or one you pin.

Most widgets show how many days are left. The Live Countdown widget ticks in real time on your Home Screen.

Add it

Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen until the apps jiggle.
Tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Countdown.
Swipe to the Live Countdown widget (medium size) and tap Add Widget.

Choose what it counts down to

Out of the box it follows your next upcoming event, moving on automatically as each date passes. To pin one event instead, tap the widget while the apps are still jiggling and pick the event.
