Troubleshooting
When something does not look right.
Widget not appearing or showing blankiOS
A white or empty widget is almost always iOS being slow to refresh. Here is the fix ladder.
Days count looks wrong or does not match the countdown
Why the list can say 10 days while the countdown screen says 9 days and 16 hours.
Event times look an hour off
Usually the Home Timezone is set to fixed GMT rather than United Kingdom time, which ignores the summer clock change.
My events disappeared after upgrading or switching devices
Your countdowns are not lost. They are attached to your account, and we can reunite you with them.
Restore a deleted event
Deleted events and calendars sit in Recently Deleted for 30 days. Bring them back from Settings.
